Advanced CNC Machine Shop

DEZE has a range of advanced equipment, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines, high-speed turning centers and drilling machines, precision grinders, EDM machines, laser cutting machines, etc. These machines are controlled by the most advanced computer numerical control systems and are capable of high-precision and complex shape processing, ensuring that each part meets strict tolerances and surface finish. Quality Control

We follow a strict quality inspection process, including IQPC, OQC, etc., and use CMM, height gauge, projector, plug gauge, pin gauge, and other instruments for high-precision dimensional inspection.
